Santa arrived by helicopter for our Christmas party this year, to the delight of both our kids and the kids at Pauatahanui school.
This year we celebrated our annual Christmas party at Pauatahanui School’s Learning Centre. After performing some wonderful Christmas songs and dances for all of our parents, the children were lead outside to watch Santa arrive by helicopter, who landed with his helpful elf in the school sports field.
We all watched in awe along with our neighbours from school, who emptied out of their classes to investigate the rather noisy arrival. “Every year Santa makes a visit to our party” said head teacher Chris Nolan, “last year he arrived in a police car, this year one of our lovely fathers organised his arrival by helicopter, as a special Christmas surprise”.
Who knows how he will arrive in 2016, hopefully by sleigh!
